If you want to post your listing for sale and for rent, you will have to pay for each posting.
We are not involved in the transaction. We are just a highly visible on-line resource that brings Timeshare Owners and Timeshare Buyers/Renters together. All negotiations and details are between the Owner and the Buyer/Renter.
How long will my ad stay posted?
It will stay posted for six months.
What if my resort is not listed in your website?
If your resort is not listed on our website, please notify us at customerservice@MyTimeshareConnection.com.
If I list one of my units for sale and it sells, can I replace it with another one of my units at no charge?
No, you will need to mark the listing as sold and our system will remove it. If you would like to list an additional listing, you will need to pay the $50 fee per posting.
If I want to list my timeshare for sale and for rent, do I have to post it twice?
Yes, you would have to post it twice.
How do I know what price my timeshare should sell for?
How do I determine the sales price?
In order to sell your timeshare, you must be realistic about the amount your timeshare is worth on the resale market. Generally, timeshares are sold on the resale market for between 40-70% of the original developer price. What are my obligations?
If you are renting your week, you must notify the resort before your guest arrives and must have your maintenance fees paid in full to date. If you are renting or selling a unit, you must own the unit.
Can I cancel my listing?
Yes, you can cancel your listing at any time. However, we are unable to offer any refunds.
When my listing sells, how do I notify you?
Login to your account, choose "edit your listing" and follow the links.
Can I get my money back if my unit does not sell?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Once I post my timeshare for sale or for rent on your website, how long will it take to show up on your site?

How do I upload pictures of my unit and the resort on the website?
We have standard pictures of all of the resorts that will automatically be posted to your listing. However, if you wish to use your own pictures, just click "upload additional pictures" when posting your unit.
How do I pay for my listing?

Once you have located the unit, click on "Email Owner" and begin negotiations. Good luck!
What is the process if I want to rent my timeshare?
- You should check with your resort. Each resort has different policies and procedures regarding rentals.
- Next, post your rental on MyTimeshareConnection.com! You will receive offers and inquires via the "Email Owner" link on your ad.
- Once you obtain a renter, finalize the rental process. It is wise to have a contract between the owner and the prospective renter when renting your timeshare. You can download a Timeshare Lease Kit here. We also recommend using Timeshare Resale Closing Service, Inc. www.TRCSINC.com as your escrow company to handle the collection and transfer of rental funds. This will ensure that the Owners and Renters interests' are protected.

- Locate your original documents and clearly understand what you own, i.e. deeded, right-to-use, etc.
- Contact the resort directly to make sure you are able to sell your timeshare. Find out if there are any fees involved with selling your unit such as transfer fees, commissions to the resort, etc. Are there any restrictions that you need to make your buyer aware of?
