We encourage all Buyers and Sellers to use a reputable closing company to close your timeshare transaction. We suggest that Sellers, Buyers and Renters seek legal advice prior to entering into a contract for purchase or rental.

We can not confirm the identity of the person you are dealing with.  So to avoid the risk of dealing with underage people or people who are not who they say they are, we advise you to use professionals to close your sale.  We do not act as an intermediary between the parties to the transactions.  We urge you to use a third party escrow service or licensed real estate Broker to complete your purchase or rental. If you are renting a unit, we urge you to receive written confirmation from the resort showing your reservation.   www.MyTimeshareConnection.com,Inc does not guarantee that you will sell or rent your timeshare in the 6 month period you have paid for. If you are unhappy with the results you are receiving from utilizing our website and services, there will be no refunds of any kind given. The fee you have paid is non-refundable.
